This final week of the course is really all about putting into practice all I’ve learnt and establishing mindfulness as part of my life. The thing that struck me this week is that overall I do have peace and I am not in need of mindfulness to find peace in a frantic world. I think I have been practicing mindfulness for many years but not naming it as such.
I am glad I have reached the end of the book and that it has helped me to review my routines and make a few adjustments. I am now meditating more in my regular prayer times.
